Post 8: My favorite subject

To be honest I don´t really like to study online because it causes a lot of headache and eyes (in addition to all the anxiety caused by the pandemic), but there is nothing else to do. In this semester (I am studying the first semester of the first year) I discovered many new subjects and my favorite is ´´Development of skills and self-care for the professional exercise I´´. This subject is about developing skills throughout the career and it is very entertaining that´s why it´s my favorite subject and is the closest thing to be a dentist. In classes we learn how teeth are, diseases related to the oral cavity and their recovery, we also talk about how to prevent some diseases. The classes are very entertaining and easy to understand because it teaches how to be good professionals and how to detect diseases early and cure them. Post 7: Website about dentistry

My dream from a very young is to be a studygram (a studygram is a student who writes very nice and organized, that uses may colors so you want to see it) so my favorite website it´s a studygram who makes summaries of many subjects of dentistry. This page comes from Instagram. The owner of the page is a student of dentistry, so he knows a lot about subjects. The website contains many summaries about the different subjects that one takes and as they are very nice writings make you want to read them and at the same time you learn so much. I always check the page when they upload a new post and I´m constantly watching it because they have so many different posts that I never finish seeing the page. I always try to imitate it because I love the post but always look ugly, never look like their post so is very sad and with the little time that the university leaves me, it becomes more complicated write nice and make summaries. Post 6: Damn quarantine

Hi everyone and welcome to my blog, today I will talk to you about my quarantine. To be exact my obligatory quarantine started recently because where I live (in Peñaflor) there wasn´t obligatory quarantine but several months ago we were in optional quarantine. The truth being all day at home with my family I don´t do much in fact I only sleep, eat and order. Two weeks ago I tried to do an exercise routine but it only lasted a week because I am very lazy. Being in home I started to experiment even more in the kitchen, I cook all day and watch recipe videos whenever I can but I don´t have a new hobby I just do boring things. My eternal obsession it´s pretty stationery and pencils, my dream is to buy all the pencils and notebooks that I want but all that is very expensive and with the pandemic the money has decreased, but someday make it and I will have all the collections.

Post 5: My favorite picture

Hello again! Well, today I will write and tell you about my favorite picture it is about the eclipse that ocurred a year ago, exactly on July 2, 2019 in the Coquimbo region. The picture was taken by me with my phone just when the sky is getting dark by the eclipse. I love this photo because I love the natural events related to sky and just that year we could go with my family and it was too exciting and beautiful, an unforgettable experience except for the return to home (we went only for eclipse day) because all the people did the same as us (in the Serena´s beach were too many people watching the eclipse) so on the road back to Santiago was a traffic jam all the way and instead of taking 6 hours on the trip we take about 15 hours, but it was worth it and would do it again!

Post 4: The zebra crossing (crosswalk)

Hi, today i will talk about zebra crossing. The zebra crossing its a piece of cement painted whit white stripes, in there the people can cross from one street to another without risk, but, why is it called that, if its a crossing of people and not of zebras? I think I have a answer and now I will explain. How is it painted whit white stripes just like the zebras its called that way, but that name is still stranger because i never seen a zebra crossing over here because zebras dont live in the city, they live in the jungle and in that place dont have zebra crossing. Another theory about the name is that when you walk over here, you are walking on the zebra, on his back but this theory is very weird, so, the first explanation its very rigth, because many people think the same or maybe the person who created it for the first time saw a zebra cross.

Post 3: My favorite piece of tech

I don´t have many technological objects, but my favorite is my Ipad. My Ipad it´s a tablet of Apple is colored rosegold, size 9,7 inch, sixth generation and includes camera. I have it since 2018, this year I entered study Bachillerato in this university and the government give me a scholarship (Beca Indigena) and with that money I bought the Ipad so its more special, because I bought with my own money. I use it to study because the ipad can save the all classes, pdf, books and the memory never ends. I use my ipad every day and every hour, the ipad have everything i need to study more quikly. I love my ipad, is very easy to use, its a small so is so easy to transport and also use to distract me when I am bored or stressed because it have many applications and games. My life without the Ipad would be the same because its not something I need to live but the Ipad facilitates me in many things and i love it.

Post 2: Why I chose study this program

Hi again, when I was a child, I wanted to be a international chef and put the restaurant in everywhere and be the most famous chef around the world, but my family said that I deserved to study something better. Years later i like medicine a lot, because I saw many series about doctors (Emergency Room, Greys Anatomy and now The Good Doctor) but as much as I tried to enter the career, I did not succeed. Finally I went to study dentistry because I like to help people feel good about themselves through smile and oral health. The university is too hard and complicated because many times you have to put aside many things or your own family for study and learn. In the future I would like to operate maxillofacial surgeries because in that area they fix malformations than change people's lives (personal experience), thanks you for reading me.
